Built to the IEC 60076 standard, this three-phase, three-winding oil-immersed transformer steps a 66 kV supply down to 22 kV for utility substations and distribution networks. It uses a sealed steel tank, radiator cooling and a conservator oil-expansion system to provide efficient, standards-compliant transformation. Windings come in copper or aluminium.
The sealed tank carries high-voltage porcelain bushings, a top-mounted conservator for oil expansion, radiator banks along the sides, and a cabinet for monitoring and protection. Designed and tested against IEC 60076, this three-winding, oil-immersed build keeps cooling efficient and insulation stable for reliable substation service.
