Engineered to order, this three-phase oil-immersed transformer is rated 25 MVA (31500 kVA) and steps 66, 69 or 72.5 kV down to 15 kV for substation and distribution service. It's built with a sealed steel tank, radiator cooling and a conservator oil-expansion system for a 20-year design life, and configured to match each project's single-line diagram. Windings are available in copper or aluminium, per IEC/GB requirements.
The sealed tank carries high-voltage porcelain bushings, a top-mounted conservator for oil expansion, radiator banks on the sides, and a control cabinet for monitoring and protection. Built around each customer's single-line diagram, the oil-immersed design keeps cooling efficient and insulation stable for long-term substation service.
Fits utility and industrial substations, transmission and distribution networks, renewable-energy installations, and large facilities that need custom 66–72.5-kV-class transformation.
Capacity, HV/LV voltage, vector group, tap-changer type, cooling class and fittings can be adjusted to a project's single-line requirements.
The rated capacity is 25 MVA / 31500 kVA, with an input voltage of 66 / 69 / 72.5 kV. Other ratings in the same series are quoted on request.
