Product details

This three-phase oil-immersed transformer is rated at 40 MVA and steps 66 kV down to 15 or 20 kV, built with pure-copper windings for solar-PV plant grid connection and utility substation service. Made to IEC 60076 with a sealed steel tank, radiator cooling and a conservator oil-expansion system, it delivers low-loss, dependable transformation for renewable-energy projects.

Design & Construction

High-voltage porcelain bushings mount on the sealed tank alongside a top conservator for oil expansion, side radiator banks, and a cabinet for monitoring and protective devices. The pure-copper windings cut losses, while the oil-immersed construction keeps cooling efficient and insulation stable for solar-PV grid service.

Applications

Suits solar-PV and other renewable-energy plants, utility and industrial substations, and transmission/distribution networks needing 66-kV-class transformation.

Customisation Options

Capacity, HV/LV voltage, vector group, tap-changer type, cooling class and fittings can be matched to a project's single-line requirements.
