This 1000 kVA three-phase oil-immersed step-down transformer takes a 10 kV input (with 6 / 10 / 15 / 35 kV options available) and brings it down to 400 V, part of a wider lineup spanning 15 kVA to 31500 kVA. Cooling is handled by detachable panel-radiator banks paired with an oil conservator, giving efficient heat dissipation and oil management that support a low-maintenance service life of 20–30 years in outdoor and substation distribution roles. Windings are available in copper or aluminium, with construction meeting both IEC and GB standards.
A hermetically sealed steel tank fitted with corrugated cooling fins keeps the transformer oil isolated from outside air, blocking oxidation and moisture while still shedding heat effectively. High-voltage porcelain bushings and the low-voltage terminal block sit on the tank cover, and the assembly includes pressure-relief and oil-level protection devices. Together these elements deliver steady, low-loss performance that asks very little of maintenance crews.
Suited to outdoor and indoor distribution work for utilities, industrial facilities, mining operations, oil fields, commercial developments and rural electrification projects that need dependable medium-voltage step-down.
