Built for outdoor substation duty, this three-phase oil-immersed power transformer is available at 1250 kVA and 1600 kVA within a broader 15 kVA–31500 kVA lineup, converting 33/35 kV down to 400/415 V. A sealed tank with corrugated fins keeps the oil free from oxidation and removes the need for topping-up, which supports a 20 to 30 year service life outdoors. Windings are offered in copper or aluminium, manufactured to IEC and GB standards.
The steel tank is hermetically sealed and wrapped in corrugated cooling fins, keeping the transformer oil shielded from outside air so it resists oxidation and moisture while still shedding heat effectively. HV porcelain bushings and LV terminals sit on the tank cover, and pressure-relief plus oil-level protection are built into the structure. Together, this gives stable, low-loss performance with minimal upkeep.
This transformer suits outdoor and indoor distribution work for utilities, industrial plants, mining sites, oil fields, commercial complexes, and rural electrification projects that need dependable step-down from medium voltage.
Capacity, voltage ratio, vector group, winding material (copper or aluminium), tap changer type (off-load or on-load), and bushing configuration can all be adjusted to match project needs.
