Spanning 100 / 500 / 630 / 800 / 1000 / 1250 / 1600 kVA, this three-phase oil-immersed power transformer steps an 11 / 13.8 / 22 / 30 / 33 kV supply down to 400 / 415 V, within a wider platform covering 15 kVA to 31500 kVA. Because the tank uses a sealed corrugated-fin design, the oil never oxidizes and never needs topping up, which translates into a low-maintenance service life of 20–30 years for outdoor and substation distribution duty. Windings are offered in copper or aluminium, and the unit is manufactured to IEC and GB standards.
A hermetically sealed steel tank fitted with corrugated cooling fins keeps the transformer oil isolated from outside air, blocking oxidation and moisture while still shedding heat effectively. High-voltage porcelain bushings and the low-voltage terminal block sit on the tank cover, and the assembly includes pressure-relief and oil-level protection devices. Together these elements deliver steady, low-loss performance that asks very little of maintenance crews.
Suited to outdoor and indoor distribution work for utilities, industrial facilities, mining operations, oil fields, commercial developments and rural electrification projects that need dependable medium-voltage step-down.
