Available in 160 kVA and 200 kVA ratings, this fully sealed three-phase oil-immersed transformer converts an 11 / 22 kV supply down to 415 V, within a broader lineup that spans 15 kVA to 31500 kVA. The sealed corrugated-fin tank keeps the internal oil free from oxidation and never needs refilling, which is why the unit can deliver 20–30 years of low-maintenance service outdoors or in substation settings. It is offered with copper or aluminium windings and manufactured to IEC and GB standards.
The steel tank is hermetically sealed and ribbed with corrugated cooling fins, keeping oil separated from the outside air to prevent oxidation and moisture while still radiating heat efficiently. The tank cover carries the high-voltage porcelain bushings and low-voltage terminal connections, and the unit incorporates pressure-relief and oil-level safeguards. Together these elements keep losses low and service calls rare.
