This three-phase oil-immersed distribution transformer is offered in 100, 630, 1000, 1250, 1600, and 2000 kVA ratings, converting 33/35 kV down to 400/415 V within a wider 15 kVA–31500 kVA product range. Its sealed tank with corrugated fins keeps oil from oxidizing and eliminates the need for topping-up, giving it a low-maintenance service life of 20 to 30 years in outdoor substation and distribution roles. Windings are available in copper or aluminium, built to IEC and GB standards.
The steel tank is hermetically sealed and lined with corrugated cooling fins that keep the transformer oil isolated from outside air, resisting oxidation and moisture while dissipating heat efficiently. HV porcelain bushings and LV terminals are mounted on the tank cover, and the design includes pressure-relief and oil-level protection. Together these features deliver stable, low-loss operation with very little routine servicing needed.
This unit is a fit for outdoor and indoor power distribution at utilities, industrial plants, mining operations, oil fields, commercial complexes, and rural electrification networks that need dependable step-down from medium voltage.
Capacity, voltage ratio, vector group, winding material (copper or aluminium), tap changer type (off-load or on-load), and bushing configuration can be customized to project requirements.
