Detachable panel-radiator banks paired with an oil conservator fitted with a dial gauge handle cooling and oil management, supporting a low-maintenance service life of 20 to 30 years in outdoor substation settings. Copper or aluminium windings are available, manufactured to IEC and GB standards.
A hermetically sealed steel tank with corrugated cooling fins keeps the transformer oil shielded from air, guarding against oxidation and moisture ingress while dissipating heat effectively. The tank cover carries high-voltage porcelain bushings and low-voltage terminals, and pressure-relief along with oil-level protection is built into the structure. Together these give stable, low-loss performance that needs very little routine servicing.
Utilities, industrial plants, mining operations, oil fields, commercial complexes, and rural electrification networks rely on this unit for outdoor and indoor power distribution wherever dependable step-down from medium voltage is required.
