Its sealed cylindrical tank suits outdoor utility-pole installation, and copper or aluminium windings meet both North-American and international distribution requirements under UL, IEC and additional certifications.
The sealed cylindrical steel tank carries high-voltage porcelain bushings on its cover and low-voltage terminals on the side, with brackets built in for direct pole mounting. UL listing confirms suitability for North-American networks, and because the tank is oil-filled and hermetically sealed, the windings stay free of moisture while the oil manages cooling — dependable single-phase performance with little maintenance.
Overhead distribution circuits for residential neighborhoods, rural electrification, farms, streets and light-commercial loads where a UL-listed single-phase pole-mounted step-down is required.
Capacity, HV/LV voltage, winding metal, bushing style and mounting hardware can be adapted to local grid standards including ANSI and IEC.
