This oil-filled, single-phase distribution transformer mounts on utility poles and spans four ratings — 25, 50, 75 and 100 kVA — stepping a 7.62 kV primary down to 120–240 V (custom options available) for overhead networks. The sealed, cylindrical steel tank is engineered for outdoor pole service, and aluminium or copper windings plus IEC-aligned certification make it suitable across residential, rural and light-commercial grids.
High-voltage porcelain bushings are fitted to the cover of the sealed cylindrical tank, with low-voltage terminals on the side and mounting brackets ready for direct pole attachment. Being fully oil-filled and hermetically sealed keeps moisture away from the windings and lets the oil double as the cooling medium, so the unit needs little more than routine inspection to stay reliable in single-phase service.
Overhead lines feeding residential neighborhoods, rural electrification schemes, farms, street circuits and light-commercial loads that call for a single-phase pole-mounted step-down.
Capacity, HV/LV voltage pairing, winding material, bushing type and mounting fixtures can be adjusted to fit local standards such as ANSI or IEC.
