Designed and tested to IEC / GB. Millenium production is certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001; the product family carries CE (ECM), UDEM attestation and an EAC declaration of conformity. Every unit passes routine factory tests before dispatch.
Built around a low-loss toroidal (ring-wound) copper coil, this single-phase oil-filled pole-mounted transformer is typically configured at 14.4 kV / 167 kVA, though the platform spans a 10–500 kVA range. The ring-core geometry cuts no-load loss and noise, and the sealed cylindrical tank is made for outdoor pole service, giving efficient single-phase distribution wherever it's certified to IEC and related international standards.
High-voltage porcelain bushings mount to the cover of the sealed steel tank, with low-voltage terminals on the side and brackets for direct pole fixing. The toroidal copper winding is what drives down losses and noise, and because the tank is oil-filled and hermetically sealed, moisture stays off the windings while the oil handles cooling — together giving efficient, low-maintenance single-phase distribution.
Overhead circuits for residential neighborhoods, rural electrification, farms, streets and light-commercial loads that need efficient single-phase pole-mounted step-down.
Rating, HV/LV voltage, winding metal, bushing type and mounting hardware are all adjustable to local grid codes such as ANSI or IEC.
The rated capacity is 10 kVA – 500 kVA (typ. 167 kVA), with an input voltage of 6 / 13.2 / 13.8 / 34.5 kV (typ. 14.4 kV, or custom). Other ratings in the same series are quoted on request.
Toroidal coil construction for lower no-load losses, better efficiency, quieter operation; Broad 10–500 kVA range, with a common 14.4 kV / 167 kVA custom configuration; Sealed oil-filled cylindrical tank engineered for low-maintenance outdoor life.
